Perfect Paternity Leave Plan

This plan is perfect for getting back in shape during paternity leave. The ability to quickly do a workout from home without any equipment is crucial with a newborn at home. During this program I was able to lose over 12lbs and increase my run from 8:45 min/mile to 7:45 min/mile. This plan developed the baseline needed to prep for my first half marathon next month.

So far so good!

It's been 3 weeks, and so far so good. The workouts are deceptively rigorous. At first glance, I think: "That sounds easy..." But they never are! At the same time, they are not so crazy out-of-bounds difficult. So it's just the correct amount of "push" and progression.

I purchased this program because I just started a new job and I needed short, punchy workouts that do not depend on any regular gym schedule. So far, it's delivered.

We made the workouts sound easy so athletes wouldn't be intimidated to do them. But, like you said, looks can be deceiving, especially with Bodyweight Warrior! 😂 💪 KEEP IT UP!

I started this program in January. I am now in April, week 4, on my second time through. Due to the program, I have lost 20 pounds of fat and replaced it with muscle. This program is amazing.

It's a pretty solid supplement

As an officer in the military, I can assure you that this is great workout. They may not seem like much but add more reps or carry a plate and these workouts kick your butt! Good workouts overall!
