This is a 12-Week Hybrid Fitness Training Plan with a focus on building power and endurance. Power lets you move fast, hit hard, lift heavy, and respond explosively when it matters, while endurance keeps you going under stress, fatigue, and long timelines. Together, they build real-world capability: you’re stronger, harder to break, more confident, and more reliable in work, sport, and life.

This program is great for anyone that is looking to effectively balance their strength, power, and endurance training.  Each week will consist of 6 training days ranging from 45min-90min on average (depending on your running speed/skill).

The workout scheduling of HYBRID WARRIOR II is fully optimized for gaining lean muscle mass, achieving fat loss, increasing power output, and balancing gym and running sessions, all while ensuing just the right amount of recovery, with no wasted time.

This program is intended to be used as a follow-on to HYBRID WARRIOR (Strength Focus) to enable maximum progression. However, it can also be effectively used as a stand-alone.

Nothing too fancy, but you will need basic gym equipment for this program:

TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS
