I'm 58 years old man when I'm down in my gym this flag is what pushed me not to quit. I run my 5 miles first then finish up following full body workouts with and without the plate carrier.

I love having the flag in my home gym. Every time I walk by it it makes me smile and realize what I'm doing is for myself. It motivates me every time I see it.

My son is an officer in the Army, he’s been following Gritty for quite some time. “Nobody cares” is his mantra and he specifically asked for this flag as a birthday gift. It goes well with the Nobody Cares t-shirt he wears.
