This is a 13-week Ranger School physical training program specifically designed to prepare you for the demands of the most difficult training the US ARMY has to offer.

This program is great for anyone that is looking to significantly increase their endurance, strength, core, ruck-march ability, and overall cardiovascular abilities.

Each week will consist of 6-days of training (many days with 2-workouts a day), with one rest day. Overall, the workload is designed to maximize gains for specific physical attributes that will be tested during school, while avoiding overtraining.

The Gritty Soldier Ranger School plan is excellent. I personally reached out to Gritty to ask how to prepare for Ranger School, and he responded quickly, immediately recommending the RS plan. I followed it exactly as prescribed and saw measurable improvements, including shaving minutes off my run time and observing real-time VO₂ max gains on my Garmin.

I highly recommend this plan to anyone preparing for Ranger School. Even if you already consider yourself physically fit, following it prior to your ship date ensures your baseline is well above the standard.

Failed ranger the first time I went. Went to my unit came back a year later and used the gritty soldiers 13 week program and just graduated while going 62 and through! This plan gets you more then ready physically to attend the course. Absolutely recommend this program to anyone attending the course.

In week 8….this program is legit! I figured I would lose some strength but not even close. Kept my strength… built my speed… highly recommend!!
